Fish Steak with fried mais; the Codfish a la Colmo or Black Swordfish "Espada" a la Colmo makes the honours of the house. To the meat lovers, we suggest Roast Goat, Lamb Stew, Grilled Beef Cutlet; or even then traditional regional Kebab "Espetada" (Chucks of Beef are skewerd on twigs) |
