Chef Cook Sugestion:

To start you can have the Cheese
with Honey, or if you prefer
a Wheat Soup.
 
   
The Tunny Fish Steak with fried
mais; the Codfish a la Colmo
or Black Swordfish "Espada"
a la Colmo makes the honours of
the house.

To the meat lovers, we suggest
Roast Goat, Lamb Stew, Grilled
Beef Cutlet; or even then
traditional regional Kebab
"Espetada" (Chucks of Beef are
skewerd on twigs)
  

   
For dessert we purpose
home-made pudins or a tropical
fruits salad. And ofcourse all
this should be served with a good
